Applications and equipment for spray application

A spray application with hot melt adhesive enables the contactless wetting of wider surfaces with a thin adhesive film.
Common applications for this are foam bonding in the mattress industry, bonding of suitcase inlays (flight cases), laminating, pallet securing and transport securing, bonding of wide-area displays and large-scale bonding of packaging.
The prerequisites for spraying are a hot melt adhesive suitable for the application and the appropriate applicator TR 60 LCD for non-reactive adhesives or TR 80 LCD for adhesives in aluminum cartridges.

• Compressed air for adhesive and spray air can be set separately and independently of each other.
  More pressure on spray air than on the adhesive tank? No problem with reka thanks to the included support stand, this feature is unique in the industry.

• The spray air is actively heated separately.
  Hot spraying air is the prerequisite for professional spray application and good adhesion of the hot melt adhesive to the carrier material.

• Wide range of nozzles available for spiral and spinning spray application.
